The Perryville High School Lady Pirates Volleyball team recently attended their annual banquet, along with Coach Cindy Cissell and Assistant Coach Amy Umfleet. The players who earned awards include (front, from left) Elise Lauck, Best Freshman Server;  Jewel Riney,  Best JV Serve Receive; Savannah Young, Best Freshmen Serve Receive; Maria Mattingly, Pirate Pride Award Freshman/JV; and McKenna McClure, Varsity Most Improved. Back – Alyssa King, Varsity Most Aces and Best Serving Percentage; Taegan Gerler, First Team All-Conference, First Team All-District, Varsity Most Kills, Most Blocks and Most Kill Percentage; Megan Buchheit, All-Conference Honorable Mention, All-District Honorable Mention, Varsity Most Assists; Maddie Robinson, Varsity Pirate Pride Award; Ellie Gerler, JV Most Improved; Rachel Riney, Second Team All-Conference, Second-Team All-District, Varsity Most Digs, Most Service Points, Best Serve Receive.
