Our January Team Player Tuesday recognitions are Logan Davis and Jim Simpson! 💚🤍🏴☠️
Logan Davis, RN, is the nurse at Perryville Primary Center. Her nominator said: "Logan goes above and beyond her nursing skills when it comes to taking the little ones! She has her whole heart in her job with whatever health problems arise to take care of all the children at the Primary building! Ask any child at the Primary building and teachers alike, Logan has a personality that just melts your heart, always taking your best situations seriously and professionally!"
Jim Simpson is a Library Resource at Perryville High School as well as the head coach of PHS softball. His nominator said, "Mr. Simpson wears many hats. He is a librarian, an "uber" driver for injured students, softball coach, he reads tests to students, he covers the front office, and many many more. With these hats, there are never complaints because Mr. Simpson wants to help others when he can. He is one of the friendliest people on staff, always making everyone feel like family. He is such a genuinely good person that if you don't know him, you are missing out."

We are incredibly grateful to the employees of the Association of the Miraculous Medal for their generous $5,200 donation to the District 32 Angel Fund! 🙌
This amazing gift will directly support students across our district by helping provide meals for children who might otherwise go hungry. Because of caring community partners like you, we’re able to ensure that every Pirate has what they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

The Perryville High School Silver Dagger Players invite everyone to their performance of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Nov. 6-8 at the Perry Park Center. 🎭💚🤍
All performances begin at 7 p.m. and tickets will be sold at the door for $7, general seating.
According to the Silver Dagger Players, this is not the dramatic Shakespeare people may be accustomed to. It is his funniest comedy with lots of misunderstandings, love potions, and spells being cast in both a fairy world and a human world.
This show will be most appropriate for anyone fifth grade and up, but there is enough action happening, that it should hold the attention of younger audience members too. Language warning — there is a reference to the other word for donkey several times during the play.
