Immanuel Lutheran Church will host its annual Backpack Bonanza on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 8:30 am-3:30 pm in the ILS Gym at 452 N. West St. in Perryville. A Board of Education Open House will be held before the Board Meeting from 6-6:45 pm at Perryville High School, which is open to the entire community. Board members will be on hand to visit with parents, staff, students, and community members. From April 22-May 10, District 32 students will be taking state assessments. Students in Grades 3-8 will be participating in the MAP Grade-Level Assessments and high school students will take End-of-Course Assessments. The testing schedule is as follows: •	April 25 to May 10 — MAP Tests (Students in Grades 3-5) •	April 22- May 1 — MAP Tests (Students in Grades 6-8) •	April 24-May 3 — EOC Test (Students in Grades 9-12)  Tips for success on state tests: •	Help students get plenty of rest  •	Encourage students to have a healthy breakfast  •	Schedule appointments on non-testing days  •	Arrive to school on time  •	Send a water bottle so students are hydrated  •	Provide lots of encouragement  •	Support the importance of doing their best
